Pointing at the wrong spot? If your Ring doorbell stares at the wall, the fence or next door instead of whoever's at the door, an angle wedge fixes it in a couple of minutes — no new doorbell, no re-wiring.
We designed this wedge so you can choose the angle your Ring faces: anywhere from 25° to 55°, to the left or to the right. The face is marked in degrees, so you set it deliberately rather than by eye, and you can get back to the same setting if you ever move it. It's symmetric, so it works whether your door sits to the left or the right of the wall. The adjustment is side to side only, so it moves the view across the front of the house rather than up or down.
Two ways to fit it

No drilling — a strong 3M VHB adhesive pad. It grips firmly, but only on a smooth, clean, solid surface (glass, uPVC, sealed or painted wood, vinyl siding, tile). Wipe the spot with rubbing alcohol and let it dry first. It won't hold on crumbly render, dusty walls, flaky or peeling paint, or rough textured brick — screw-fix those instead. Great for renters.

Printed in heavy-duty UV-stable PETG plastic so it won't yellow or crack in summer sun, with stainless steel hardware that won't rust.
It is plastic, not metal — and that is deliberate. PETG will not corrode, and it will not sit between your doorbell and its wireless signal the way a metal mount can.
There are also four stainless steel washers in the kit, for the doorbells that need them. Some back plates have screw holes a little too big for the screw, so the head pulls straight through instead of holding. A washer under the head sorts that out. They will not fit every doorbell — on plenty of models there is simply no room for one — so use them if yours needs them, and keep them in the bag if it does not.
It also has easy-to-cut cable tabs for wired doorbells.
It's universal by design, so on some doorbells it may sit a little taller or wider than the device. That's normal for a one-size-fits-many part and doesn't affect how it works or how securely it holds — just don't expect it to match your doorbell's exact outline.

Eight screws in total, in two sets, so count them before you think something is missing: the four small ones fix your doorbell to the wedge and lock the angle you have set, and the four longer ones go into the wall with their plugs. The doorbell itself and its original manufacturer back plate are not included — this part replaces how your doorbell fixes to the wall, it isn't a spare factory bracket.
