We are a small workshop, so this page says exactly what happens after you press buy. No small print.

Where we ship

We ship direct to addresses in the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. That is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation: it keeps delivery quick and it means we handle every UK order ourselves.

If you are outside the UK, our products are on our own marketplace shops instead. The list is on our Our Shops page.

What delivery costs

Standard UK delivery is £1.49, whatever you order and however many of them.

Spend £30 or more and delivery is free.

That is the entire price list. Nothing is added afterwards — no handling fee, no packaging charge, and no customs charges on a UK order. You will see the same figure at checkout, before you pay.

How long it takes

Most orders are dispatched the next working day, and we allow ourselves up to 2–3 working days in a busy week. With tracked Royal Mail or courier on top of that, the usual door-to-door estimate is 3–5 business days — the same figure you see at checkout.

Our 3D-printed parts are made to order rather than picked off a shelf. That is the reason we can offer sizes, angles and models the big sellers do not bother stocking — but it does mean the printing time sits inside that window. Orders placed late on a Friday or over the weekend are made up on the next working day.

If anything is going to take noticeably longer than that, we will email you rather than leave you guessing.

How it travels

Tracked Royal Mail or courier, depending on the size of the parcel. You will get a dispatch confirmation by email when it leaves us.

If something goes wrong

Delivery estimates are estimates, and carriers occasionally have a bad week. But a parcel that is genuinely late, damaged or missing is our problem to fix, not yours to chase — get in touch and we will sort it out.

Changed your mind, or something is not right

You have 14 days to change your mind, and everything we make is covered by a lifetime warranty. The detail is in our Refunds & Returns policy and our Lifetime Warranty.
