Electronics & PCB Integration
When a project needs electronics, we design a simple PCB to carry the modules it needs and build it straight into a printed housing. We’re prototype-focused: one-offs and small batches, not production runs.
What we need from you
What the device has to do, any modules or parts you already have (or want to use), roughly how big it can be, and how many you need. A sketch or a photo of something similar helps a lot.
The specifics
| Board design | Simple boards that connect and carry off-the-shelf modules |
| Board manufacture | Made by JLCPCB, who can also source the components |
| Integration | The board is designed together with its printed enclosure, so everything fits |
| Best for | Prototypes, one-offs and small runs |
| Lead time | About a week to design and order the boards; allow 2–3 weeks in total before they arrive |
| Price | Quoted per job |

Who this is for — and when you don’t need us
This suits makers, small businesses and inventors who need a working device, not just a box: a custom controller, a sensor node, a media player, a gadget that has to exist as a real object before anyone will fund it.
Where we’re not the right shop: complex multi-layer or high-speed boards, high-volume assembly, or products that need certification. A dedicated electronics design house is a better fit for those, and we’ll say so up front.
FAQ
Do you design PCBs from scratch?
Simple ones, yes: boards that connect and carry off-the-shelf modules. We don’t take on complex multi-layer designs.
Who makes the boards?
JLCPCB. They can source the components too.
How long does it take to get boards?
Allow about a week for design and ordering, and 2–3 weeks in total before the boards arrive with us.
Can you put the electronics in a custom enclosure?
Yes, that’s the point of the service. We design the board and the printed housing together, then fit it all.
