Our Make-It-Right Promise

Something not right? Tell us.

We design and make our parts ourselves, and we care how they hold up long after you've fitted them. If you have a problem with one of our products — it's broken, it doesn't fit the way you expected, or something just isn't right — get in touch. We'll look at it personally and do our best to put it right.

It doesn't matter which marketplace you bought it from, and there's no form to fill in. Just email us.

How to get in touch

Email info@marsoutpost.net with Product problem in the subject line, and include:

  • Product name — the model, or a short description of the part.
  • Where you bought it — Amazon, eBay, Etsy, eMAG, our website, and so on.
  • Order number — your order reference from that marketplace.
  • Purchase date — roughly is fine if you can't find the exact date.
  • What's gone wrong — describe the problem as clearly as you can, including how the part was fitted and what it's mounted on.
  • Photos — one or two clear pictures showing the problem. This is the thing that helps us most, so please attach them to your first email if you can.
  • Delivery address — in case we need to send you something.

Anything else you think might help, put it in. We'd rather read a long email than guess.

What happens next

We read every message ourselves and reply as quickly as we can. If we need more — usually a photo from a different angle — we'll ask. Depending on what's happened, that might mean fitting advice, a replacement part or a refund. If we need the part back, we'll tell you and cover the postage. We'll talk it through with you and agree what's fair.

Your legal rights

This promise is a goodwill commitment from us. It is not a warranty or guarantee, and it doesn't replace or limit your statutory rights as a consumer — you have those whatever happens. See our Refunds & Returns policy for the details.
